For pre-orders, you may cancel before pre-order period ends. Other items are made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept refunds and exchanges after 1 day of purchase.

✦  Item Arrived with Undesired Size
We provided accurate sizing dimensions for each item. However, due to the production process, please allow for slight size deviations and cropping.

✦  Damaged or Incorrect Item Arrived
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me as soon as possible if an item is damaged or wrong so we can resolve it.

For pre-orders, estimated release and shipping are indicated in the item page. For non-pre-orders, item can arrive in 1-3 weeks.
